Refund policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all Havana Lashes sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on false eyelashes or other beauty products once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at havanalashesusa@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund if the issue was our mistake.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
